A piece of shell also know as wampum that is prong set on one solid piece of sterling silver sheet.  Theses pieces of shell were used by Native American tribes on the east coast as currency.  The wampum measures 1"long and 3.4" wide as well as 1/4" thick.  The height is 1" tall.  Adjustable from size 7 up.
