We take two pieces of silver sheet, cut them in the shape of a  heart, hammer them for texture and then rivet them together. This beautiful heart pendant necklace comes with a charm -  a rare blue and white marble piece that is prong set in silver.  The pendant measures 1 1/2" long and 1 1/4" wide and the charm is 1/2 in diameter and 1/4" thick both are hung on an 18" rolo chain.
