Puffy and riveted sterling heart charm with a very, very rare amberina piece of glass. The charm and glass is hung on a hand made "stick" chain.  The heart charm measures 1 1/4" wide and 1 1/4" long and 1/4" thick. The glass piece is 1/4" long and 1/8" wide and 1/8" thick. The silver chain measures 23 1/4" long.
