We just returned from an art show in Florida (Artigras) where it was warm and sunny and we got to reconnect with old friends, as we've been doing this show for a few years. Also got to be with our amazing friend/artist Kristin Wornson of Skipping Lilies jewelry. www.skippinglilies.com
We've been carving and shaping reclaimed lobster wood for some of our new work. An idea came to us to use it to make what looks like antique wooden children's toys then put a little "heartfelt" surprise inside. Think they're really cute.
Our next show will be in Cayucos, California for the Cayucos Seaglass Festival - March 14 - 15 at the pier in downtown Cayucos. There is also a Mermaid Ball on Friday night March 13 ensuring a good time is had by all.
