Thar' she blows.  This take on an antique childs toy is carved from reclaimed wooden lobster trap slat then washed with a gray paint.  There is a square cut out of the middle of the piece for the hand made silver box.  Inside is a sterling silver riveted heart on a chain.   The hinged silver cover for the box is held closed with a small silver hook and chain.  The pendant measures approximately 3 1/2" across, 1 1/2" high and 1/2" thick.  The hand formed chain is sterling and closed with a handmade silver clasp.
